The documentation for Bikeshed and Echidna is maintained in the Bikeshed documentation. See also spec-prod, a Github Action integrates Echidna.
If you're looking to auto-deploy your generated document to a GitHub branch (e.g. gh-pages), check out How to Auto-Deploy Bikeshed Specs. It is based on Domenic Denicola gist on auto-deploying built products to gh-pages with Travis.
