The "Person & email address to contact for further information" data in the current IANA section seems to be out-of-date.

In 5.0, the contact for those registered Media Types was the team contact. Suggest we update it as public-html@w3.org.

Thoughts?

Seems reasonable to me. Or does W3C have a formal contact point that we should use?
