I had a look at this and didn't find anything related to i18n. There are a few values defined as domstrings, but they are actually, afaict, all enumerated lists of values. There are no messages or items that involve user intervention that i can see.

Same here. Maybe one thing would be that the HTML examples in section 13 don't have lang or dir attributes on the example text. This is probably too minor to bring up though.

The i18n WG reviewed the spec and found no problems related to i18n.
