この例（3例のうちの2例）では，行末で親文字が1字でも分割しています．ということは，グループルビが行末からはみ出した場合，すべて分割するという方針と思われます．

以下は，グループルビを分割していない例です．

右ページの左から4行目は，字間がかなり空いています．

12ページは分割していますが，それ以外は分割していません．

2枚目の134ページは，たなたまか，意図的かわかりませんが，区切りのよい箇所で分割している．終わりの2枚は分割していません．該当箇所の前行の字間を空けて調整しています．分割するしないの基準は，親文字数（4字では分割と分割しないと両方ある）か，それとも分割しない場合に前行でどれだけ調整するか（たとえば2字以下は分割）か，はっきりしません．

出版社に聞いたところ，具体的な基準はないようです．読みやすさを考慮し，状況に応じて処理しているようです．
