PR Preview relies on a number of web services to run. There seems to be an issue with the following one:

PR Preview doesn't seem to work. Should we consider using other tools like Netlify/Vercel for previewing?

JL-TF has already decided to have only editorial changes (no major change to be applied, which should be directed to jlreq-d), so I believe it's not worth spending some effort on changing tool just for previewing...
