Since my PR a year ago, respec-docs was carved out into its own repo (which looks darn good btw!), and it appears not all of the develop branch made it to the respecs-docs repo.

Here's an updated PR with more elaborate docs for the noLegacyStyle flag to bring respec-docs/gh-pages up to date:

w3c/respec-docs#10
