Added partial dictionary to 'W3C ReSpec WebIDL tests'

Sorry that I was unclear, that's a quick checklist test (that I use for debugging) but not the actual test suite (it's run by pointing a web server to the root of the repo and running http://localhost/tests/SpecRunner.html). The file to change is more likely tests/spec/core/webidl-oldschool-spec.js. But nevermind, I'll write the test later. Thanks a lot! |
