LGTM but as far as I know we have no consensus on the change yet. I'll mark for the chair...

I think these changes are an improvement and good to merge, but I am not sure we have consensus in the underlying issue.

Two hats. I have no personal problem with these changes, and maybe they are editorial. But as a chair I guess I need to make sure the Process CG agrees. I will ask on the mailing list!
