Checklist output is mainly useful for evaluators or project managers. For example depending on the technology and the success criteria there would be a list of possible techniques to use for the author of the website.

Important that this should not replicate WCAG EM Report Tool functionality but provide a separate use case for collecting specific techniques. This could be achieved using some shopping basket metaphor.
