[Games] Add first draft of Games on the Web roadmap #315

The roadmap reuses a lot of the material from the mobile roadmap and icons from the media and mobile roadmaps too. Content has been adapted to games though:

  • Many technologies have been dropped to focus on those that are more directly relevant for games.
  • A couple of technologies have been added, including the new Web Locks API proposal.
  • Descriptions have also been updated to talk about technologies in the context of games.

@xfq That's more FYI than a request for review. You may just want to have a look at the updates to the data files. I'll have @dontcallmedom take a peak at the contents of the roadmap once merged.

Version was not compatible with latest version of Node.js due to a bug in
the underlying promisify-require lib.

@xfq Given that this does not affect existing roadmaps, I'll go ahead and merge so that content can more easily be reviewed.
