Imprecise Subtitles for WoT Explainer Video

During the subtitle translation work #149, I spotted a few problems in the source subtitle file:

• The timing of the subtitles are not precise. Worse, some subtitles overlap, e.g. 00:31, 02:23.
• There might be some typos / mistakes, e.g.:
  • 00:26 "They would like..." in the subtitle is "He would like..." in the voice.
  • 00:59 "WoT is a W3C standard..." in the subtitle is "WoT is a W3 standard..." in the voice.
  • 02:32 "TD like identification, ..." in the subtitle is "... like identification, ..." in the voice.

For the translated subtitle in #149:

• Timing is not fixed. It needs to be updated for all languages at once.
• Some typos / mistakes are not reflected, while some are. Translations need to be checked when the source subtitle file is updated.

00:26 "They would like..." in the subtitle is "He would like..." in the voice.

This is intentional due respect gender neutral pronouns

00:59 "WoT is a W3C standard..." in the subtitle is "WoT is a W3 standard..." in the voice.

This is intentional.

02:32 "TD like identification, ..." in the subtitle is "... like identification, ..." in the voice.

This needs to be fixed. The subtitle should not use TD since it is duplicating the previous sentence. @egekorkan will make a PR for fixing it in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish but would need help for Japanese and Chinese.

Note: For Chinese (https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/blob/main/videos/WoT-Explainer-Video/WOTMotion.zh-Hans.vtt#L167) and Japanese (https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/blob/main/videos/WoT-Explainer-Video/WOTMotion.ja.vtt#L170) I have tried to see if the word TD is used twice and it is not. I will create the pull request none theless and ask for reviewers from native Japanese and Chinese speakers.
