@JKRhb, in the marketing call today we have agreed to put these but with W3C blue for REC and the orange for the editor's drafts to match the styling in W3C documents.

In the main call of today, we have agreed on this template. The Marketing TF will make PRs to relevant repositories to apply the changes. |
We have started work in the marketing call of 30.01. We can get some feedback and then apply to all repositories.
