We have started work in the marketing call of 30.01. We can get some feedback and then apply to all repositories.

Call of 6 Feb: The Marketing TF is fine with the content. We will review it in the main call and also decide the location of this file.

Not sure if it's too much, but maybe also having two badges for the latest ED and the latest REC could make sense to provide faster access?

For example, like this:

@JKRhb, in the marketing call today we have agreed to put these but with W3C blue for REC and the orange for the editor's drafts to match the styling in W3C documents.

In the main call of today, we have agreed on this template. The Marketing TF will make PRs to relevant repositories to apply the changes.
