Proposed schedule updates for the WoT WG extension into 2022.

Discussion in Profiles call 2022.01.19 indicate that probably more time is needed for it to be complete. The current plan does not allow enough time to complete implementations for testing Profiles in particular. My suggestion is that we add a second test-fest focused on Profiles (and extend its schedule further) but proceed with the current plan for the other delieverables.

• Test fest may still be too soon; would be good to include all specs, incl. Profiles
• "Feature freeze" is confusing - means no new normative changes
• A second test-fest would be useful for Discovery as well
• A second test-fest 3-4 mos later would be good: mid-July (Action: add to PR)

May want to change "feature freeze" to "publish near-final working draft" and add a point for "CR candidate" one month prior to CR transition.

Based on comments from Michael Lagally, with extend Jan 31 deadlines (a Monday) to Feb 4 (a Friday) to allow one more round of meetings, in particular of the TD spec, before normative feature freeze. After that I think we should merge it and discuss further changes on that basis.
