Just added "The deliverables will be designed to take into account the impact of internationalization based on the I18N guidelines."

before the deliverables are listed.

I am ok with this statement but it maybe should not go into the document where it is since other horizontal review groups (accessibility, for instance) should have similar weight. Why don't we just put this comment down where we mention all the other groups that we are collaborating/cooperating with?

However, if we want to get this out the door quickly, I am ok with merging it as-is.

As I sent by email separately, I'd agree with @mmccool and would suggest we add a sentence mentioning our effort to consider possible ramification from all the wide review viewpoints to Section 5 "Coordination" like:

Prior to the horizontal review, the Working Group will also make a concerted effort to consider whether there are any ramifications to the group's deliverables from the viewpoint of accessibility,
internationalization, performance, privacy, and security.
]]
