Alt-F9/Alt-F10 keys now use 2 WPM speed increments instead of the prior 5 WPM increment. HST Competition will remain at 5 WPM.

@f6fvy
Larry, I added code to keep the 5 WPM for HST users. I wanted to be sure not to change behavior for HST.

Let me know what you think. Thanks, Mike.

Ok to keep 5 wpm increments / decrements for HST.

@f6fvy
Any thoughts on whether we should add a keyword to the .INI file to allow user to specify WPM increment/decrement rate, perhaps WpmStepRate=2? Someday when we have a setup dialog, this could be specified there as some users may want to change it. Perhaps not important. I do like the smaller steps, but I've watch some videos of users on YouTube running high copy rates changing speeds between QSOs.
Thanks, Mike
