g.fragmentation cannot handle zero length days as input

When g.fragmentation receives a zero length day, it struggles to handle it as it tries to query object class.in.ids even when it knows that there is no data.

UPDATE: This has probably been fixed by Jairo's work on implementing qwindow analysis for part5, but good to double check when working on #817
