We are hitting a very weird case, where gimli -merge does not respect the alphabetical order.
(I'm not a ruby coder, but I've read somewhere that the behavior of Dir.glob() differs among plattforms. Maybe you guys are using a Mac as dev platform? )
(I'm working in a quick patch that, I hope, would fix this for all platforms)
