Merged to master in commit 84e3f89.

Note that this feature has required layout adjustments for each kind (tall, wide) of rectangular watch. Less that 3kB of memory free of 735XT following this change, so consider treating 735XT as CIQ 1.x i.e. no buffered drawing (735XT does not support partial updates, and only has 16 colours, so behaves like CIQ 1.x anyway).
