This could be a really cool feature IMO. Django is famous for its admin dashboard and we could do the same, and make it regenerate with every change. The same goes for user dashboard - we could show number of users, even some of their activity etc.

This sounds like a great feature, but as a rule of thumb, like using the CLI to create wasp new, Can we expose more options so that the build become more granular, so instead of a saas, embedding or todo, we would have separate elements to tick to include or exclude them from the build? but even better : allow the AI (Openai, Claude, Ollama or groq) to use all those pre-builds and orchestrate them into a final pp, currently whatever is produced is extremely skinny, 1 page at the most. given the success of Devin, if we have something that works even basically it could be a super-duper marketing thing?

Oh yes that is a great idea! I agree 100% percent -> but it is quite some work to do also, which is why we didn't get to tackling it yet. I hope we will in the future get to the point where we have the capacity to go after this.
I will create additional issues based on this, since this is two things:
Allow more choice when creating a new Wasp.
Teach Wasp AI to use our templates (e.g. open saas) in the code it generates.
