Moved selecting related JST for getting institution voivodeship to institution manager with_voivodeship method. Moved get_voivodeship method from serializer to the Institution model.
…_top_jst() which returns JST instance instead of it's name. Created separate serializers for standard and CSV renderers. Improved data display in Institution CSV renderer, column order and displayed all tag names in single column. Added test for CSV renderer.
Changed test name to InstitutionViewSetTestCase.
