I think it's only possible with a complicated workaround. You can create a virtual screen on the Air with the proper aspect ratio and stream it to the built-in display so the contents can go under the notch and use that virtual screen to contain the remote desktop app. On the Mini you also need to create a virtual screen matching the Air's resolution. However the menu bar on the Mini won't be notch-aware so it won't look like on the Air. |

I have an M2 MacBook Air 13" and am trying to remote to a Mac mini at actual full screen using Remote Desktop. It looks like the MacBook Air has an aspect ration of 735 : 478 (considering the notch). The resolution is 1470:956
Is it possible to get the remote desktop to actually be full screen on my MacBook Air? So far I've tried making a virtual display with 735:478 but that hasn't filled the screen. I also cannot figure out how to make the notch feature work.
