Hi,

I'm currently auditing our dependencies for projects missing a LICENCE file. This project has one but
depends on webpack-core which is missing a licence (it names the licence but this is not sufficient). The problem is the project has been archived and is no longer maintained so I can't even submit a MR to add the file.

Is this dependency still needed? or is there any plan to remove it? I guess even ignoring licencing it's not great to rely on unmaintained libraries.

It seems obsolete since Webpack 2, I suppose we should remove it.
