To use the plugin in Composer you currently have to use

    "wearerequired/wp-requirements-check": "dev-master",
    "wearerequired/custom-menu-item-types": "dev-master",

I'd like to use a specific version constraint like ~1.0.0.

Btw: Shouldn't the composer.lock file be ignored?
