Setup Documentation Suggestion

So for the past few week's I have been some bizzare error message, see the discussion I've been having with numerous users here.

After disucssing the issue on both Github and twitter it seems the issue wasn't related to lack of permissions, but the linting tool was trying to modify my workflow action file......

This issue was not clear and I think it would be benefical to add a note to the pugins setup, this would tell users to add a .prettierignore while setting up the file. An example of a prettier ignore file can be seen below

This is what developers would need to add in order for the plugin to work correclty on master and any feature branches, this was super annoying to figure out. I don't want anyone else having this issue.
