Revisiting proposals that we didn't resolve in the last meeting

• [@foolip] URLs - using variants to filter out the tests (file:, mailto: and javascript:) that were deemed to be too risky.
• [@ntlm] 175 Web Codecs - removal of image decoder tests?
  • [@gsnedders] Scope reduced to video encoder and decoder tests
  • [@foolip] can we arrive at a filtered list of tests?
  • Action Item (all attendees): Review the filtered list of tests ahead of the next meeting

Interop 2023 proposal grouping (@foolip email+doc)

• [@gsnedders] Should all the focus areas be of the same size/weight? Should we weigh them differently based on the size?
• [@foolip] Interop 2022 expansion, Web Compatibility groups need more discussion

Interop 2023 proposal feedback (@foolip email+doc)

• [@foolip] had shared a draft proposal here. Need volunteers.
• Action Item: @boazsender to work on the generic response
• Action Item: Chromium, Gecko and WebKit teams to confirm volunteers for providing feedback. Teams have been tagged in the doc
• Timeline for responding to proposal authors?
  • The proposed timeline for Interop 2023 still holds. Comments must be ready to go by the first Interop meeting in Jan 2023.
• Action Item: @nairnandu to draft the list of tasks and decisions that remain, with owners and timelines for it. Share it with this group ahead of the next meeting.
