Updated .taskcluter.yml as well. Note that the --channel argument for run_tc.py is used only for Chrome. |

Hmm, looks like some tests actually need Chrome dev to be installed just to test finding the binary. I'll drop the first commit. |
Note that the --channel argument for run_tc.py is used only for Chrome. This it to keep something running until #19297 is resolved.
