As it is, the account of some contributor is used instead, for example: #28866 (foolip) #28964 (stephenmcgruer) That's not helpful, so use wpt-pr-bot. github-actions[bot] would be another alternative, but it has a funny email address (41898282+github-actions[bot]@users.noreply.github.com) which maybe will change in the future. Also make the PR descriptions link to the workflows that produced them.
