[REQUEST] Add permission to view/load each set

You already have a system to detect whos viewing the map and even check their permission level, so would it be possible to add a permission level to only load sets based off a players permission.
Heres a few instances:

Admins / Mods

• Use Dynmap GriefPrevention to display claims only to staff so players are not targeted to where they have hidden bases, I use this version http://www.spigotmc.org/resources/jdynmapgriefprevention.818/ which is targeted towards admins.
• Dynmap Essentials, same as above.

Builders

• So we can create sets for markers, Icons, Lines etc for builders to follow, I use lines to show where server roads need to be built, Nobody else needs to know this apart from the builders.

What would the permission node look like?
dynmap.displayset.SetName
