Protected World not listed if I login and I'm not connected to the server

Hi!

Issue Description: I have some unprotected worlds and 1 protected world, and if I login to the web I can't see the protected world in the Map List. BUT, if I login to the web and my MC client is connected to the server, then I can see the protected world in the Map List.

• Dynmap Version: 3.1-457
• Server Version: git-Paper-593 (MC: 1.16.5) - 1.16.5-R0.1-SNAPSHOT
• Other Relevant Data/Screenshots: I'm using LuckPerms v5.3.0 by Luck
• Steps to Replicate: Just login to the webmap with your user offline

[ ] I have looked at all other issues and this is not a duplicate, but it seems related to this issue.

• Dynmap 3.3.2-696
• LuckPerms v5.3.86.
• Server Version: Paper 1.18.1 Build 173

Ah - let me see if I have this right ....

When you are logged into Minecraft and logged into the map, you can see protected worlds.

Log out of Minecraft, and the protected worlds vanish too, like you don't have permission.

Maybe .... LucklyPerms can't confirm permissions as your player profile isn't loaded?

Sorry - I don't know if a MC admin with more permission experiance might be able to take that and do a quickie test with another permission module to confirm perhaps?

Hi! This is old and that server doesn't exist anymore, and I was the Owner and Admin (with all the permissions).
I don't know if that problem persisted in newer versions of Dynmap.
The thing was that your player (MC Client) must be connected to the server at the time you login to DynMap, so the Map List will show ALL the worlds.
If you try to login to DynMap while your player WASN'T connect to the server, you'll successfuly login, but the Map List won't list the protected worlds.

Ah - I missed the "at the time you login" as well - thanks!

this might help the guys greatly. Sorry this didnt get the love at the time - this could be one of those weird mod interactions that doesn't get the light of day.

@Eloujah and FedUp might be able to test non-LuckyPerms (and non-Paper FedUp?) to confirm and find root cause
