kendo control do not work when page is scolled down

Steps to Reproduce
We develop with Kendo UI (Telerik JS framework). Even with the version 28, the autocomplete, calendar and other components are opening and close within half a second. This does not happen with another browser.

Expected Behavior: they should open even if scroll bar is moved to end.
Actual Behavior: when page scroll bar is moved to end it shows and hides calender immediately

Yeah, unfortunately a bit hard to reproduce without a public URI.
