Description: webサイトが機能しない
Steps to Reproduce:
プライベートウィンドウで https://twitter.com/ を開こうとすると一瞬サイトは表示されているもののすぐに「外部アプリで開く場合、その行動はプライベートにはなりません。」というポップアップ表示が現れ、キャンセルすると何も表示されておらず操作不能に。[開く]はGoogle Playに遷移する(Twitterアプリはインストールしていない)。リロードしても同じ状態。
これをReport Site Issueから報告した時にURLは下記のものになっているが、元のプライベートウィンドウのロケーションバーは twitter.com のままである
