Description: scrolling on the left bar is stopping before the end
Steps to Reproduce:
Actual:
At a point the left area stops scrolling and only the right part is scrolling. This is happening too soon, and we can't see all the options on the left side.
Expected:
Scroll until the left side is fully available.
This is working as expected in Chrome.
