Description: Main page's viewport is scrollable
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Access http://free.internetspeedtracker.com/index.jhtml
2. Tap on the main page's viewport and scroll horizontally and vertically.
3. Observe the viewport.

Expected Behavior:
The viewport must not be scrollable.

Actual Behavior:
The viewport is horizontally scrollable.

Notes:

1. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome Mobile 71.0.3578.83.
2. GIF attached.
