www.google.ca - speech only plays back once

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: https://www.google.ca/?client=firefox-b-ab#q=translate&gfe_rd=cr
2. Type something to be translated
3. Press the speaker button multiple times

Expected Behavior:
Speech plays back multiple times

Actual Behavior:
Only plays back once

In testing: Firefox 48 works as expected, Firefox 49+ does not.

Can confirm. Interestingly, translate.google.com works fine.

The issue still exists. It plays only once.

So there was already an issue for this https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1372325
And there is a spec issue related to it. WICG/speech-api#7
