Browser / Version: Firefox 68.0
Operating System: Windows 10
Tested Another Browser: Yes

Problem type: Something else
Description: Offline sync functionality is unavailable if the user agent string doesn't contain "chrome", even if the browser itself supports the functionality.
Steps to Reproduce:
If you go to settings>offine in Gmail, it will tell you that offline sync only works in Chrome 61 or later. In Firefox, if the user agent string is changed to include "Chrome", the functionality will be enabled and works perfectly fine.

Thanks for the report @Luke18033 -- this is being tracked at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1524772. Unfortunately only Google can change this. :/
