Confirmed, thanks for the report. The error console has this to offer:

HTTP “Content-Type” of “application/x-mpegurl” is not supported. Load of media resource https://v.w-x.co/digital_video/The_Weather_Channel/962/625/ae_1202_snapper_turtle_231p.m3u8 failed.huge-snapping-turtle-rescued-from-storm-drain Cannot play media.

No decoders for requested formats: application/x-mpegurl

So this is a duplicate of Firefox bug 941351.
