I'm able to reproduce the issue. 2 taps are needed to open the drop-down.
UK VPN connection needed,

Tested with:

They're using FastClick in redesign-compatibility.js , so removing it should fix the issue

For this issue, unfortunately, a special account is needed to sign in as the "reset password" action is to be taken by a verification link sent by email:

Without the email being registered in the database of the page, the issue can not be retested.

Setting up a test account requires valid data for a credit score verification (address verification- as this is a standard procedure in the UK when it comes to financial-related websites):

Having no valid sign-in credentials, we are not able to move forward with this issue.

I tested with my account on the Canadian version of the website, the dropdowns are working correctly, so I think we can close this.
