Expected Behavior:scroll down
Actual Behavior:nothing

I could not reproduce. This is working for me.
Someone else can reproduce this?

Yep, I can reproduce @karlcow. Did you try on Nightly? Needs investigation.

@miketaylr I can't. Nightly build doesn't work on my Android device. :)
BUT I was using an old version of Android Aurora, something like 28. I updated to 35. And indeed I can reproduce. So it might be dependent on some Gecko feature which disappeared.
