Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce the issue.

Note: The issue is not reproducible on Chrome.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 75.0a1 (2020-02-27)

This element has display:table-row with position:relative and some absolute positioned children in it. If I remove position: relative rule, the content is displayed.

Looks like Chrome doesn't allow to form an abspos containing block here, while we do. It makes a case of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1289682
