Description: Jitsi Meet webconferences no longer working since 75
Steps to Reproduce:
Starting in Firefox 75, if you connect to a jitsi meeting (likle the submitted sample url) other participants in the room will no longer see/hear you.

this regressed with https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1615445

@softvision-sergiulogigan that doesn't look like it to me... this seems to be a regression according to the OP, and they even provided the regressing bug.

I filed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1623258 for this.
