pikock.github.io - Live preview not working in some browsers

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: https://pikock.github.io/bootstrap-magic/app/index.html#!/editor
2. Change the colour code in the @gray-dark field, e.g. to #c0ffee
3. Click the red Apply button at the bottom of the screen

Expected Behavior:
The main text in the right preview pane should turn a hard-to-read aqua colour.

Actual Behavior:
Nothing - the preview is unchanged.

Note, there's an "Empty string passed to getElementById()" error message in the console.

In Opera (blink), I have the same non-change

Same behavior in Chrome as well. Seems like it's just a bug in @pikock's application. Perhaps worth filing an issue at https://github.com/pikock/bootstrap-magic/issues?

Strange - it worked for me in Chromium when I filed the bug but now (having since updated to v.39) it fails. It still works in Midori (WebKit) though so I guess Safari as well. Title changed to reflect this.
