I can't 100% reproduce this issue, looks like random for me. I got e is undefined then success. @mxa, is this still an issue for you?

It always says, can't upload image please try later.

@mxa does this happen once you've completed the tweet and are sending? Or before, when you are uploading the image?

I can upload and see the thumbnail of the image on the website. (It doesn't have the progress bar like in chrome though)
When hitting send, there is the error.

Ah OK, so I can reproduce this in Firefox 55 for Linux. But I can't reproduce in Firefox 54 for Linux, or Firefox 55 for OSX.

First I get a toast saying:

Uploading media failed! Please try again later.

On consecutive tries:

e is undefined

In Firefox 54 Linux, I see the progress bar as @mxa describes.

I can also reproduce (I had to reload the page after logging in to repro, fwiw).

When you upload an image, it fires off some XHR POSTs that succeed, but then when you hit tweet the next POSTs result in a 500.

I filed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1361919, so let's close this one and track the regression over there. Thanks so much for filing @mxa!
