Description: Multiple arrows displayed for “Month” drop-down menu in “Updating birthday” overlay

Prerequisites

1. Account created and signed in.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: https://myaccount.google.com/birthday?continue=https%3A%2F%2Fadssettings.google.com%2Fu%2F0%2Fauthenticated.
2. Tap the “Edit” button.
3. Observe “Month” drop-down menu.

Expected Behavior:
Single arrow is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
Multiple arrows are displayed.

Note:

1. Not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 59.0.3071.125, on Firefox 54.0.1 Release and Firefox Nightly 57.0a1 (2017-08-02) without Chrome UA.

Tested this on Google Pixel (Android 8.1.0) - 1080 x 1920 pixels (~441 ppi pixel density) and on Firefox Nightly 63.

layout.css.webkit-appearance.enabled - FALSE

layout.css.webkit-appearance.enabled - TRUE

Looks like the site is fixed regardless of the pref.
