Description: Multiple arrows displayed for “配送方式” drop-down menu

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://m.tw.buy.yahoo.com/gdsale/gdsale.asp?gdid=5269123&co_servername=9b9cd57accf607efd4c0547de27c5982.
2. Observe “配送方式” (“Delivery”) drop-down menu.

Expected Behavior:
Single arrow is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
Multiple arrows are displayed.

Note:

1. Reproducible on Firefox 55.0.2 Release (Mobile).
2. Not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 60.0.3112.116.
3. Screenshot attached.

More specifically, I'd like to confirm that when run in Nightly the site is still broken when the pref layout.css.webkit-appearance.enabled set to false, but fixed when it's set to true.

@jwatt , I had some problems with redirect too but eventually I managed to get to it.

With the layout.css.webkit-appearance.enabled set to true, the issue seems to be fixed.
With the pref set to false it is still broken.

Operating System: Huawei P10 (Android 7.0) - 1080 x 1920 pixels (~432 ppi pixel density), Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 7.0) - Resolution 1440 x 2560 pixels (~534 ppi pixel density)
