(@wdio/protocols): update WebDriver Bidi primitives

Proposed changes

This patch updates the bidi interface. It has been a while and the protocol has seen a lot of changes from which some have landed in browser already.

Types of changes

• Polish (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation update

Checklist
