Fix depcrecated usage of rejectUnauthorized #5463

Proposed changes

Currently WebDriver logs warnings like this:

(node:33087) DeprecationWarning: Got: "options.rejectUnauthorized" is now deprecated, please use "options.https.rejectUnauthorized"

This patch fixes this deprecation warning.
