cleanup!

- gets rid of doc/ folder (it's never updated)
- gets rid of fonts/ folder (Bootstrap no longer uses glyphicons, we use FA5 now!)
- removes all references to jQuery and uses jQuery slim, drops jQuery
- removes unneeded images
- removes duplicated license from HTML5 Boilerplate (therefore Apache is the license now)
- adds back button to editor page
- adds https:// to some links
