Dependabot couldn't resolve your project's dependencies as it couldn't access pygmt.

You can provide additional git credentials in your Dependabot dashboard by clicking into the account menu (in the top right) and selecting 'Config variables'. If you use a custom token for the host github.com make sure it has read access to this repo, too.

You can mention @dependabot in the comments below to contact the Dependabot team.

Third time's the charm? Yet another attempt to fix dependabot complaining in #137 and #139! See if a different repository works. Bump pygmt from 0.0.1a0-29-g997b88c to 0.0.1a0-31-g97c2b4a that also has the added benefit of an alpha pygmt.grdtrack feature! See full list of changes at weiji14/pygmt@0.0.1a0-29-g997b88c...weiji14:0.0.1a0-31-g97c2b4a

Very hacky workaroud to solve dependabot now wanting to upgrade DeepBedMap's dependencies! Best guess is that the PyGMT VCS dependency is the problem (see #137, #139, #140, #142, #143, #144). So, I'm taking it out of the Pipfile and disabling pygmt required tests, have dependabot upgrade the other dependencies, and then restore pygmt into the Pipfile. Onwards!

Had to add xarray explicitly to Pipfile for the meantime. Onwards!
