I'm trying to push a dev site to a test remote staging environment, but it keeps hanging on files above mentioned missing. When are they created in the wordmove sequence?

They are created by the Photocopier gem on the remote machine via FTP.
Then they are called through an HTTP GET. Possible is that you have path problem. Have you checked the wordpress_path?

wordmove push -t is working properly?
