babel 使用插件 transform-runtime 后对 promise 的判断会出问题 #39

由于我们自己的源代码被 transform-runtime 处理过，所以 Promise 的类型会变成 object. 但是 fly 内部的 Promise 依然是原生的 Promise, 所以判断会出问题

我们使用的小程序 / 用了美团的 mpvue.

检测方法已兼容，请升级到flyio>=0.4.5重试
